The term regulatory refers to the responsibility of the company with regard to international legislation on the marketing of chemicals in the European Community according to regulation 1907/2006/EC (REACH), but also the regulation on the classification and labeling of substances and mixtures according to regulation 1272/2008/EC (CLP).
For this legislative reason, Metadynea is obliged to implement the requirements of both regulations in Europe and worldwide accordingly. This creates obligations for:
- Registration of substances in accordance with the requirements of REACH in Europe
- Classification of substances and mixtures according to CLP
- Creation of safety data sheets for substances and mixtures
- and all further ancillary obligations arising therefrom (e.g. passing on information in the supply chain)
