Plywood
A plywood panel consists of real wood veneers, which are glued under pressure to form solid panels. Depending on the application, different types of wood are used for this purpose. Plywood panels are used, for example, for furniture, structural timber construction and much more.

MDF and HDF
MDF and HDF are boards that are made from wood fibers impregnated with glue under pressure and heat. Depending on the use of the board, these can be supplemented by decorative papers.

HPL
HPL are layers of paper that are impregnated with resins and pressed to form boards. HPL boards are mainly used where there are higher demands on resistance. As a result, they can also be used in outdoor applications and damp rooms. Depending on the application, different resins are used.

Real wood veneers
Real wood veneer is wood cut into slices a few millimeters thick and can be glued to carrier boards as a decorative surface. Real wood veneers are highly used in high-quality applications.
For this application, Metadynea Austria offers a liquid flame retardant which can be used to impregnate the veneer. Our flame retardant meets the highest standards in terms of color fidelity and fire resistance.
